This intimate 50th birthday party was absolutely perfect. Robin walked into a pastel brunch dream and the look of surprise on her face said it all. From the flower bouquet bar, and special robin-themed touches, to the freshly baked chocolate chip cookies, it was an afternoon I’ll be thinking about for years to come.
The day started off with cocktails and light bites while we played acoustic tunes — including some of Robin’s favorites from bands like Fleetwood Mac, The Beatles, and Billy Joel. Guests created beautiful custom floral arrangements from “Robin’s Flower Market”, and snacked on some truly exquisite charcuterie. Robin’s family made beautiful toasts in her honor and I don’t think there was a dry eye to be found. It was an honor to be present for this day and I hope someone throws me a birthday party this beautiful one day (take notes, y’all)! And I certainly hope to be as radiant and as loved as Robin when I turn 50.
