Real Rehearsal Dinner: Chloe + Michael

“We hired Mikaela for our son's rehearsal dinner at the beautiful Hotel St Cecilia. She provided a trio who entertained our guests with lovely music in the courtyard on a picture perfect evening. We also used her sound system and mics for our toasts and speeches. From initial contact through the magical evening Mikaela was a delight to work with. I’ve said it before, and I’ll say it again - there’s something so special about the night before. Chloe + Michael pulled inspiration from the Amalfi Coast for their gorgeous rehearsal dinner at Hotel Saint Cecilia. Complete with crisp & classic vibes, lemons, and little shots of limoncello on display. To complement the Amalfi-esque atmosphere, we played trio with upright bass mixing in some jazz with some more modern love songs. And of course, when Italy comes to Texas, we’ve gotta do a little Texas country! We had guests singing along to country bops like “She’s Like Texas” & Our Song by Taylor Swift.

The toasts were so heartfelt and sweet. At the end, Chloe’s mom, Beth had requested we surprise her husband with their song - “The Bones” by Maren Morris. They danced close under those twinkling patio lights. Still so in love after all these years. (I’m not crying, you’re crying).

It was a stunning evening and an incredible way to kick of this beautiful wedding weekend. Salute!
